- It's "C++ complete" by Anthony Rudd, ISBN 0-471-06565-X, published by
- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. It worked for me and it might work for you, but I would
- recommend that you read a few pages of the book before you buy it. It is more
- a reference book than a real tutorial.
